Code of conduct

    At Bergaflex we have chosen to build our code of conduct around the 10 points defined in the UN’s Global Compact. These points include, for us, obvious issues such as human rights, labor law, the environment and anti-corruption.

    Human Rights

    1. We support and respect international human rights.
    2. We shall not be involved in violations of human rights.

    Labor law

    3. We maintain opportunities for freedom of association and recognize the right to collective bargaining.
    4. We distance ourselves from all forms of forced labour.
    5. We distance ourselves from all types of child labour.
    6. We distance ourselves from discrimination in terms of recruitment and work tasks.

    Environment

    7. We support the precautionary principle regarding environmental risks.
    8. We take our own initiatives to strengthen greater environmental awareness.
    9. We encourage the development of environmentally friendly technology.

    Anti-corruption

    10. We distance ourselves from all forms of corruption, including extortion and bribery.
